Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic started in 2015 in a country farmhouse in Stokes Bay, Kangaroo Island when Shane Leahy decided that what was missing from his sheep farm was an acre or two of garlic.
Over the next 3 years Shane and his team learned and experimented until they perfected the growing techniques and the soon to be famous Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic Salt.
