When you purchase goods at www.KIFreshGarlic.com.au your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway which has the highest possible level of certificate and Secure Socket Layer security. We keep a secure record of your payment details until the point your order is packed and dispatched, to assist with any changes to your order. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

Product Shelf Life

Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic ships both domestically (Australia) and internationally using Australia Post and other freight carriers. Domestic orders totalling less than $50 will be charged a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping. We offer complimentary (free) shipping for domestic orders totalling $50 or more. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed online. Delivery via Australia Post within Australia takes on average between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location (as per the information supplied on Australia Post's website). International delivery varies depending on the country of destination, as per the information provided by Australia Post. Please contact us at info@KIfreshgarlic.com.au to enquire about estimated international shipping time prior to placing your order.

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at info@KIfreshgarlic.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic will replace the product at no additional cost.
