Prepare to be addicted! These garlic thyme roasted mushrooms are insanely delicious and easy to make. If you can't find swiss browns, baby bella's or button mushrooms work just as well.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tbs KIFG Garlic Granules)
- 2 tsp freshly chopped thyme
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 680g mushrooms, cleaned
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 190°C. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped thyme, and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2:
Spread the cleaned mushrooms into an even layer on a large baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over the mushrooms, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat, ensuring the mushrooms are evenly coated with the mixture.
Step 3:
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden and tender.
