FREE standard shipping for all orders over $100

All other orders and Express Post charges are calculated using direct Australia Post rates at the checkout. (We're sorry - we know this might get out of hand. Blame them.)

Typically orders cost $12-$18 to ship, although regional areas might be more.

Some More Shipping Info

All orders are packaged and sent from our Kangaroo Island farm. We try our best to fulfil orders within 48 hours, but sometimes that window might be a little longer.
We endeavour to fulfil express shipping orders within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

As soon as orders have left our farm, they are out of Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic's control and are in the hands of Australia Post. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us and updates from Australia Post too.

Please note that Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Please choose a safe destination/location to mail to, as stolen/missing delivered items will not be refunded. Once your order is with Australia Post, all other queries and issues will need to be taken up with them. We are here to help with that if you need. Just drop us a line including your order details, and we'll see what we can do.

We're a small, family-owned business, so it can be tough when we need to resend something at our cost. To help us, please double-check that your address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.
