Refund policy
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the unlikely instance that a product may have exceeded its use-by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic will replace the product at no additional cost.
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. If the the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
