With Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic's small-batch, farm-crafted granules, you can taste delicious Australian garlic all year. 

Chopped and dehydrated right here on our farm, using our fresh garlic, the garlic granules are the ultimate middle ground for off-season garlic.

Use them in place of chopped fresh garlic in recipes, or where you need a little extra garlicky crunch!

You can also rehydrate them, just add 2 tsp of water to 1tsp of granules. The granules will plump back up and be just like fresh chopped garlic.

Use one teaspoon of granules when a recipe calls for one clove.
