  • 70g of tightly packed parsley
  • 12 cloves of KIFG Garlic (around 50g)
  • 130ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt



1. Chuck 70g of tightly packed parsley, 12 cloves of KIFG Garlic, 130 ml of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt into the blender or food processor.

2. Give it a good whizz until you've got yourself a ripper, smooth sauce.

3. Chuck it in a jar and pop it in the fridge until it's time to tucker up.

4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
